Welcome to Superfish Swim Club
SUPERFISH Swim Club is an independent, registered Swim Club established and run by volunteers and parents of the children who participate.
Our club gives children a chance to compete in a low-pressure environment, learn how to race and if they choose, compete in swimming carnivals, whilst having heaps of fun!
Perfect for the novice swimmer; our youngest members are 4 years old up to swimmers of 16. Our Club nights allow children to compete against themselves to improve their times. Times are recorded each swimming club night and swimmers improve their times throughout the season.
Children from any swim school are invited to join our club - everyone is welcome!
Superfish Swim Club is very proud to be sponsored and supported by Commonwealth Games Medallist Andrew Baildon and Andrew’s Swimming Schools, Superfish Swim School Pacific Pines and Sunnybank. However, our club consists of swimmers from a variety of local swim schools.
Superfish Swim Club was launched in August 2009, for the 2009/10 season with 50 competitive members. In our inaugural year, we had a large group of children reach state and national championships, with some children becoming age group medallists. For the 2010/11 season we had 104 competitive members. We predict the 2012/2013 season will grow considerably due to the successful results Superfish Swim Club has achieved at a local, regional, state and national age group level. Parents - enjoy a Merlo coffee and a snack in our café. BBQ facilities available too!
